Returns
El periodo de devolución de un artículo es de 1 a 5 días una vez recibido el producto. Debe tener en cuenta que si pasa los días indicados. Lamentablemente, no podemos ofrecer un reembolso o cambio.
Para ser elegible para una devolución, su artículo debe estar sin usar y en la misma condición en que fue recibido. También debe estar en el embalaje original. Esto será inspeccionado para cumplir con estos criterios. Después de nuestra inspección, se le notifica la decisión.
Si el artículo aún se encuentra dentro del período de validez de la garantía: recibirá lo que será el proceso a seguir.

Instructions
To return your product, you must first send an email to service@kjdists.com. The process will not start without this information:
- The order number and date.
- Include a detailed description of your reason for returning the product.
- Send pictures of the details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.
Refunds take between 5 and 10 days to process national banks and international banks may vary by country.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. There is often a little bit of processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
